Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout and will vary by location (free when your order exceeds $400). You can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days after it has been processed barring any delays with the carrier.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Order Status

To check order status, simply reference your shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours after receipt for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@thecleanhaircompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled as processing begins upon submission. To ensure there are no issues, please be sure to double check your order for any errors prior to placing it.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns & Refunds: Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are allowed. This allows us to ensure we maintain a healthy, safe environment and experience across all of our touch points while maintaining the integrity of our products. In addition, once the product and/or packaging has been tampered with in any way, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges: You may exchange your order so long as the packaging and/or product has not been tampered with in any way and you do so within 5 days of receiving your order. If the request exceeds 5 days, it is no longer eligible for exchange. To prepare for an exchange simply send us an email at contact@thecleanhaircompany.com clearly detailing the issue and include any supporting documentation. Once we've reviewed and accepted the exchange, repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and ship using a carrier offering tracking. Delivery and address details will be shared via email.

Upon receipt of the exchanged item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above guidelines and send a confirmation email including new shipping/tracking information and any additional next steps.
